    This school wishes to purchase the ‘Click4Teaching English & Mathematics Subject Support Package 2021-22’ as detailed in the Click4Teaching document for the period of 1st September 2021 to 31st July 2022, at a cost of: £800 (plus VAT)

    The school agrees to pay:
    £400 to Chris Ogden Education Ltd and £400 to Kate Burton Mathematics Ltd.
    Invoices to be paid within 30 days of receipt.

    The school agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined within the Click4Teaching English & Mathematics Subject Support Package 2021-22 document.

    All sessions will be subject to the individual consultant’s availability.
    Once registered an invoice will be sent to the school by Chris Ogden Education Ltd and Kate Burton Mathematics Ltd.

    Once registered, invoices will be sent to the school from Chris Ogden Education Ltd and Kate Burton Mathematics Ltd. Invoices to be paid within 30 days of receipt.
    In the instance of Sept to Sept budgeting, delayed invoicing for 1st September 2021 can be requested.

    Terms and Conditions

    Termly Subject Leader Network Meetings for English and mathematics (up to 3 staff per school).

    Delegate bookings for subject leader network meetings must be made through the Click4Teaching website course booking system at least seven working days prior to the meeting. This will ensure that the venue and refreshments are organised to meet the requirements.
    In the event that delegates are unable to attend, access to the subject leader network meeting materials will be available via the school’s login to the Click4Teaching website.
    Click4Teaching would be grateful for any notifications of cancelled places up to, and including, the day of the meeting, otherwise a refreshment charge may be incurred.

    SSP Consultancy Sessions

    • Wherever possible, SSP consultancy sessions (as part of the Click4Teaching English & Mathematics Subject Support 2021-22) will be booked as requested by the head teacher. However, in some circumstances it may not be always possible to guarantee the requested date. In the event that specific days or dates are unavailable, alternatives will be offered.
    • To support the school improvement priorities as determined by the Head teacher, all SSP consultancy sessions can be used from September 2021 and must be used by the end of July 2022. They cannot be carried forward into the next academic year.
    • SSP consultancy sessions may be used for up to three consecutive hours, for example: morning (09:00-12:00), afternoon (13:00-16:00), or a twilight (15:15-17:00).
    • Twilight whole staff training sessions are classed as one session to reflect preparation time as well as the actual delivery.
    • SSP consultancy sessions within the Click4Teaching English & Mathematics Subject Support Package 2021-22 must be used for one English and one mathematics session.
    • In the event of a booked SSP consultancy session being cancelled by either party, Click 4 Teaching will offer a viable alternative session.
    • Package consultancy sessions are not valid for a ½ PD Day session only.
    • Package consultancy sessions can only by delivered to the subscribing school and cannot be delivered to a cluster or a group of schools.
    • Subscribing schools should ensure that a suitable space is provided that is appropriate to the nature of the consultancy.
    • Click4Teaching consultants will comply with the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures and adhere to the Click4Teaching Code of Conduct.

    Click 4Teaching will respond to any email or telephone request within a reasonable timescale, usually within 24 hours.

    Access to the Click4Teaching website
    Subscribing schools agree not to share login details or resources with non-subscribing schools.
    Subscribing schools agree to receive emails for marketing purposes such as newsletters, special offers and new courses.
    By agreeing to the Click4Teaching Subject Support Package, we will keep business contact details that are supplied by the school. This data will not be passed on or sold to any third parties.

    Information sharing and data protection
    The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA 1998) & the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which replaces the DPA from May 25th 2018 establishes a framework of rights and duties which makes personal information safe. Personal information is information about a living individual, who can be identified from the information.
    The consultants, Chris Ogden Education Ltd and Kate Burton Mathematics Ltd, are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and handle all personal information in a manner that complies with the DPA 1998 & the GDPR 2018.

    School data
    If presented with school data or performance information, the consultant will behave with integrity and understanding around the sensitivity of such information.
    In order to maximise the support, the school agrees that the consultants may be shown key data including:

    • IDSR
    • End of Key Stage outcomes including EYFS, Phonics screening check, multiplication check data (voluntary 2019), KS1 and KS2.
    • Internal tracking or assessment data

    Any data shared with the consultant will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any other party without the express permission of the head teacher.
